csurance won't answer
<p>Hi.... I have contract phone with cell c and on purchase I took the cover as well. I brought the mobile to cell c ermelo in November 2016, because of an accidental damage. I was told to R300 for access fee. As from the 25 Nov 2016 I am still waiting for the insurance to do something, I went to cell c several times and we called them they always say they have not received proof of payment and today i was told by an agent cell c repair center that they had not recieved a claim from the insurance. I must say that the service is very poor you could sworn they are doing me a favour. Hello I am paying for this!!!</p>

Yes I did recieve a call from one of the cell c consultants who informed me that they will look into the matter and assured me that I will have my phone sometime this week. I called cell c repair center today to follow up I was told they assigned someone on 16/12/2016 to repair my device and that I should expect it 3-5 weeks from now...
My question is, its already 3-5 weeks now since I've put in a claim which means its takes them 2-3months to repair ones device.. I never missed a payment, and I did what I was told in time.... This is very annoying, I must say..... Anyway lesson learned that cell c and cell c surrance don't prioritize their customer claims and I can't wait to get my device back so I can terminate my contract with them plus insurance because its not effective when they need to payout. Also never would I refer someone to them
