csurance waiting period..........

I never thought a simple cellphone screen crack would take weeks to be replaced by csurance.

Still today when i call i would wait for 15-20 min just to be told that a quotation has not been received. Its not just a device to me as i use it for all my businesses and now i'm stuck.

My hopes were high from your response. Now i don't know what to do anymore. You promised me that an agent will call but nothing. I just called now and waited for 45 min still nothing. I called again and explained to the lady that can she call me back as i'm using my airtime but instead she said hold and i did for 20 min still nothing. I don't know anymore, i feel like letting my device GO. i'm tired.

Another 7 days has passed but still no feedback or just a call. I just called cell c now and i was told there is no tracking number as yet. Why do we have to go through this? Why?

LAST UPDATE, I just received a call now from csurance and i was told that the guy who send out devices is off since Monday. Wow!!!!!!!!!! Meaning nothing has been attended since Monday I'm not going to call ever again. If i loose my device its fine.
