Csurance trying to block my claim

Claimed insurance for my phone P20 lite that fell and went blank.after a few attempts to answer calls due to the cracked screen that don't allow me to answer or make a call i had to remove the sim card to use in my old phone just to keep in contact with family and work .now it's under investigation or for managers for review please .I reported the phone missing cause somehow i missplaced it blocked the phone make a case got my ticket number still waiting

you guys are just there for my money. how must i just i answer important calls when the phone keeps ringing due to the damage on the phone i cant answer the calls now you dont want to approve my claim .i insured my phone not the sim card ........ ********** 308 cell c csurrance you are robbing the people i think i must cancel my other 2 devices aswell still have a laptop and router wich is insured by you guys verry dissapointed ticket number 191916 the power is in your hands .........................nonsense
