CSURANCE PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF
I spoke to Amogelang today and she insured my device. I am so upset as she insured my sim card as well and gave me the incorrect excess telephonically. Could a manager please call me to correct this??? This is the second time I insure a handset and the second time someone has MESSED UP upon me insuring a device!!!!!!!! The agent was confused and sounded half asleep!
