Csurance is the worst night mare EVER!!!

I'm very fed up with the insurance services from cellc, I do not understand on why is it so difficult to claim back your cell phone. I lost my cell phone in a taxi to town, I then claimed to cellc \csurance". I went directly to the cellc store in Jabulane mall"
