CSurance incompitent to say the least

Most *********** customer services and uneducated staff. It takes more than 7 days for them to action a simple claim request. Every time you contact them you are holding on the line for more than 20 minutes and each person tells you another story. It is a disgrace to the customer to receive such poor service.
