Csurance *********** staff second mistake when taking out cellphone insurance!

I have just received my May 2022 Statement? Please credit the sim cover insurance charges for my device as I have not requested this and have been assured by C surance that I would not be charged for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, why am I being billing twice for insurance for ***????
