Csurance for Cell c is just *******

I tried to get insureance for my 2 blackberries, then they typed a wrong Identity number and month end a lot of money debited by Hollard out of my acc and when I called crsurance to find out if its them who took my money , they said they can't find me on their system and then I quickly went to the bank to do a reversal on the debit order and then I called Csurance again to take up the insurance still they took my details for 5 months I've been trying to get insuraance with them only to find out they got my details wrong in the first place. And now they promised me a cover but evertime I call the can't find me. I'm so tired of them already please deliver on your promises please.
