CSURANCE, FINRITE AND CELLC ARE JOKES

Good day,<br> <br> I have submitted my claim on the 8th of March, whereby the phone was reported as damaged on the 29th of Feb.<br> <br> To date no action has been taken to get my phone repaired. After numerous calls and emails no action has been taken. All of the attached documents have been sent to your team, MULTIPLE TIMES. <br> <br> Your team is *********** and full of excuses, it has been one month and only today I have been informed that my number does not match the usage report being pulled. This is a joke, you have no idea what you are doing and I want this issue resolved by COB tomorrow or I will report you to the ombudsman
