Csurance - Device insurance. Do not take up this insurance

On the 18th Feb I made a cell phone claim for my device that was insured by Csurance which is under cell c. I submitted all the documents they needed for processing my claim. However, I have been sent from mountain to mountain by Csurance now called device insurance. They have kept me waiting saying they are still checking my account if it was up to date, it was been 2 weeks since I had from them. I have been paying my account since 2016 and today I have been told that they have to check my account but they have been debiting from my account since 2016. This is the worse service I have been subjected to. Do not take up an insurance from Cell c, rather look for another insurance.
