CSURANCE
<p>I am unable to get through to the CSurance Number provided. I am trying to contact them since last week, and have also sent an email but received no response. Please help, my phone has already been assessed at your repair centre and I need to submit a claim. I even called your Customer Care who put me through to the same number, after I told her its not working, I hang on for more than 30 minutes at a time, which is pathetic.</p>

We'll get one of our consultants to contact and assist. The consultant will liaise with CSurance and will ensure that your claim is submitted. Don't worry, you won't be calling them, we'll do that for you.
Do expect communication.

12 Jul 2017, 07:07The service received from Moses from Cell C has been superb, He has been thorough in sorting out my issue with C Surance and for this I am grateful.
However the issue with C Surance needs to be addressed. The new administrators are clearly lacking, the only communication I received from them since logging this complaint was an email with the excess details. The issue with not being able to contact them nor them responding to emails needs to be addressed.
