What a mission. I recently took out Cell c combo deal. The sales deal was excellent and the person explained everything clearly. But then we get to the delivery part, first they deliver the wrong package. Then you have to call cell c and let them know that you have received the wrong package deal, just to do this is a mission on its own and the customers service agents are so rude and unhelpful as if it is you that sent the wrong product. Then they deliver the correct product, needless to say that you have to call cell c again to come and collect the package that was delivered incorrectly. all of this took about 3 hours on phone calls just to get them to understand that you have received the package and they need to collect the incorrect one. a Few days later the courier company comes to collect the incorrect package. You would think that, ok now everything is sorted. No way, they now bill me for both packages or products every month and I only have 1 product. So I get billed for 2 products and I only have 1 of them. When you call them to explain the situation they tell you that they will escalate the matter it will take 24 to 48 hours to be resolved. A week later you phone to follow up then you get told that nothing is reflecting on their system, then you call back again and get told you have to go to the police station and hand in a statement. So after spending around R500 just on airtime to get this "amazing combo deal" you still have to drive to a police station for something that they have messed up. When you ask them to speak to a manager or someone in a higher position you get put on hold, after 45min being on hold you give up and end the call needless to say how much your airtime is running up by now. Long story short Cell c gave me a combo deal for R450.00 a month but I get charged R900 a month and no one in their customer service department can help you sort out this problem and I am still trying to sort this out
