I need my contract to be canceled!

Why do I get different messages from everyone at CELL C in regards to my cancellation!! I have paid for October, November, December, and a settlement amount. This, for an account that I am not even USING!!!

Now you telling me that I owe you MORE MONEY!!! For what!!!!!!

Herew is the message I received on the 18 of December, 11:43am.

Hope this email finds you well

Please note that Your cancellation request of account ..........***........ has been processed successfully and your contract will be terminated on 31/12/2020.

NB: There is a 30-day notice for cancellation, notice effective from 1st day of the month as Cancellation can’t be processed during the month hence the date of termination is 31/12/2020. A normal subscription fee will be charged for the month of notice.
