As a client it is within my legal right to cancel whenever I want to. However with Cell C that's not possible because they ask you to answer 5 questions they asked you when you joined and expect you to remember everything which I feel is extremely ridiculous. So since they know you won't remember all the answers they trick you and say if you don't answer correctly we can't cancel the contract so even if you get 4 out of 5 they still can't cancel. This is pathetic and such **********s need to be exposed. You can't force me to pay for something I don't want. Next I'm reporting this to the ombudsman!!!!!!
