<p>On the 6th of February 2017 I took a data contract with Cell C which I’m supposed to pay R400, then Feb they didn’t take their money. Came March they deduct R1400 on my accounts. Today I went back to Cell C store in Sandton and they couldn’t resolve my issue. While I’m satisfied with their explanation on other items I however left perplexed by ******* connections that went through my account. Upon purchase I was told that I was gonna pay 400 every month and when its finished I’ll be out of data but to my surprise there’s an ******* connection amount of about R299 out of bundle that I never authorise for. To make matters worse they *******ly connected getmore services without my permission. Please sort this mess out and refund my money</p> <p> </p>
