To whom it may concern.<br> <br> I am not happy with cell c services,since when have telecommunication providers tun into *******? <br> <br> I have have a top up contract which bills me every month ex amount.. I pay these fees and only to be told that my air time credit does not get carried over.<br> <br> If i was informed by your consultant s when taking out the contract i would have never signed up because this is thievery!!!<br> <br> Other providers like vodacom-mtn has roll over or bucket systems in place when you do not use it,it carries over.<br> <br> here i am am told thank for your monies and F****** you don get you monies back/airtime back.<br> <br> My phone has been ****** i accept that i have not taken out insurance i am not complaining over it. but what i complaining about is that is the airtime i am paying for which i am not receiving as per my contract agreement.<br> <br> I would like to be rein-burst for the airtime which has been lost otherwise i will take this issue further.<br> <br> R.Choffinal
