*****ed by Cell C - Dishonest dealings
If I could give Cell C a zero, I would. This company is horrible and is a *****. I cancelled one of my contracts with Cell C on the 18th of May 2020 which was a month to month contract. The contract should have ended latest June the 18th. My contract was never cancelled and cell c continues to debit my account. When I inquired about it they told me that the contract was not cancelled on their side and I can only put in a notice from that day. I have to pay for another month because of their mistake. I can't even use the benefits because the sim is lost and it's the reason I stated for cancelling my contract.
