*****ed By Cell C

I made a gross mistake of taking up a month on month Fibre with cell c late last year, the complex I stayed in had Fibre so cell c would conduct their sales at that complex and it happened that their sales person came knocking at my door and I made a mistake of opening my door!! Sibusiso Ncube was his name, I explained to this guy that in approximately 6 months I would be moving out of the flat and I asked him the implications of taking up this Fibre, he said mama it a month to month contract with no strings attached, he said I would be liable to pay for the router which I did not mind and I can move with it if I like and if there is no coverage where I am going the contract will be cancelled with no obligations, came a time for me to move and that's where my nightmare started, from being ******* by a sales man who wanted a sale to their *********** staff, it took a while for someone to investigate if there was coverage in my area, only to find that there is no Fibre where I was moving to, I wanted to move with the Fibre after a shocking discovery that I am now allegedly responsible for a cancelation fee of almost R5000, which means I have somehow been ******* into a 24 month contract, since there was nothing cell c could help me with which they were not even willing to assist, I got frustrated because it reminded me why I had cancelled them years ago and threw away their Simcard but here I am again in this predicament. Told them to cancel and their agent gave me an email address of a credit controller ***, I have sent countless mails to this email address without any response, I even sent a mail trying to find out if this person was even receiving my emails and no response, Cell C debits my account for the whole sum monthly and I reverse monthly because I can't afford to pay this ridiculous amount, when I was sent this email address of this phantom credit controller wanted to make a monthly payment of R500 till I can pay off this debt that I have been corned into! People must just stay away from Cell C, They are desperate for business that they will say or do anything to lure customers so they can *******ly dig into their pockets! Cell C stop debiting my account, I tried to make an arrangement and you failed me as a customer from point of sales to termination so Stop! Everyone that tries to take up a cell c contract I advise them against it, I even got my helper to throw away her cell c Sim card and bought her Vodacom, Stay Away From Cell C!
