*****ed By Cell C!

I made the worst mistake of my life and took up a CFibre account with Cell C, when I took up this contract I explained to the sales person that where I am staying I will be moving since I am renting, told him that I will be moving to Alberton, I asked him how my move will affect me and if I need to cancel? , Sibusiso Ncube was his name, he told me that I will be liable to pay for the cell c router should I cancel or alternatively I can move my Fibre to Alberton. With the terrible service that I have been getting from cell c, I have opted not to proceed with cell c and rather go with another service provider who will give me a better service, to my shock and dismay Rehan Sharif called me to tell me that when I cancel I will be liable for a claw back fee which is almost R5000 and I asked him that had I known that there will be a claw back fee does he think that I was going to sign up for this? So I said to him I obviously will not want pay a claw back fee which means Like it or Not I am stuck with cell c, so I said to him fine I will move my Fibre to my new house which he said I must send him the address so he can request for a move, Today I got a one line email that stated "sorry there is no coverage in your new area " that's it, no further explanation and no phone call?? Really.. so I must just accept that I have been *****ed by cell c!! I am sorry I will not take this lying down, I want to speak to a director from cell c! I will Not accept 1 line email, if cell c wants to croock me into a contract with then, they will have to give me second option, I will not accept 1 line emails, Sorry This is unacceptable, You can't ***** people like this!!!!
