********* open contracts in my name and get away with a Note 9 and a P20

Cell C allowed ********* to take out contracts in my name without proper due diligence.

The ********* only knew my ID number and my bank account number but they managed to open two contracts in my name. These ********* got a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and a Huawei P20 in my name both worth over R 37 000

The customer service I get while trying to clear my name is appalling. The call center agents are rude and Cell C has made it difficult to get a hold of the ***** department. They seem to not be accessible to the public.

The poor controls and processes has allowed ********* to open accounts in my name and this is against the NCA regulation.
