I am being harrased by Cell C. My account fell in arrears during Covid lockdown. Rhe Contract finished up and I told CellC agent on the phone we will not be renewing they have to close the account. They never closed and the account accumilated. I was then handed over to Brooks and Luyt attorneys. And I settled the account and got paid up letter. Now 3 months later they hand me over again and give me bad credit again this time with Norman Bisset and associates. My credit score has again been afected by this. No has has contacted me to inform me that there is a problem. I took this problem with poor help and it was sorted and received another paid up letter. Now what about my credit score. Your company is ******** trying to steel money. I will never do bussines with CellC again. If my credit score is not fixed wirhin 24 hours like I told Norman and Bisset I will claim for damages caused by your lack.
