credit vetting uselessness

cellc credit vetting is a joke they need to employ people that actually know what they are doing, as a self employed SOLE PROPRIETOR, i do not have ck docs they need to be taught this. also then they say send an it34, well it34 only get issued at the end of the tax year so how do i send an it34 for this year if it only ends in feb 2019, they need to be taught this. serioulsy actually employ people who are qualified to do the job and know what they are talking about. massive joke.
