credit vetting forever no answer

how difficult can it be to get assistance?<br> i have been trying for a while to speak to someone regarding an upgrade, have spoken to about 7 consultants, have been transferred around. <br> i want to pay an amount towards a new upgrade because there could be a credit rating problem as advised by your consultant with regard to approval. will someone contact me regarding credit vetting? i have called numerous times and held on for almost an hour each time.<br> please will the relevant department contact me urgently to resolve this matter?
