Credit vetting

I went last week Thursday to our branch Hartbee****rtdam because I want router and new phone to discover that I can not been able to.The lady there told me to go to checkers so that credit vetting can been made I paid almost R90 to do so.She then made severalcalls and fax it through and the person on the other side told her they will fix the score and I must come the next day.I only went back the monday to been told but nothing was been done.And then also to been said that I must bring documents and my I'd again to been send.This is really bad service and I am very unhappy to drive up and down again paid the money nothing wrong with my score and still have no service.
