Credit score nightware
I closed off my account with cell C in January. Paid off the account in Jan year. I contacted Cell C on this matter on the 29th March, I was told that this issue will be fixed as I explained to them that this is severely affecting my credit score. We are on the 11th May they corrected only the month of Feb, but account is still active and shows that I owe R396. Can I sue cell C for affecting my credit score and are not even able to fix the issue, what a nightmare :(
