Credit score jou ma!!
Due for an upgrade back in 2018, but went month to month. Now trying to go back to cellphone contract, but they say my credit score is low, missing the point that I top up /prepaid probably R400 per month or so on wifi (Home Connecta Flexi).

Please note your credit score is not based on the recharges you make on your prepaid numbers. It's based on your credit behavior, such as how likely you pay your accounts in time. It can be a cellphone account, clothing account or loan, etc.
