Credit report
So I posted a review on the fight I was having with Cell C for a paid up letter for one of my accounts. The lady that assisted me eventually after such a hassle said that they will clear my record with ITC for these 2 accounts which have been paid up but still appear on my credit report as unpaid accounts.
Can someone please tell me why these accounts are still showing on my credit record as unpaid?
