credit/refund the benefits
Since the 2nd of December(Spoke to Tsholofelo) till today I am still waiting for feedback never mind the refund, to credit the benefits that \I forfeited when the contract ends"that I was not advised of on the contract .The story of calling back and being promised to get feedback is a exhausting. The last call I made I spoke to Nkele on the 21 December and she said it will take 48 hours to attend to the case . I need feedback regarding the refund ASAP."""
