Credit records not updated for closed contract.

I had a phone contract with Cell C in 2 ********** that I paid off and closed. However, they have not updated the credit records. The contract still reflects on my name with the amount I have to pay every month. Now this is affecting my credit score and can't get property. Cell C please update your records ASAP. I'm being inconvenienced.
