Credit record messed up

This company is a company of ******. This company prefer to have customers for life. You terminate a contract with them, they mess up your credit credentials. I had a contract for provision of data for 24 months with this company which lapsed by February 2023. After the contarct lapsed, Cell C continued to debit my account . My concern by then was ,why Cell cell is debiting R1000-00 every month instead of R650 which was the amount it was debiting initially for 24 month. I was told the contract revert back to its original deal which is R1000 and I was contacted on the deal for 24 month on a discounted basis.

I made an enquiry about this by June 2023 as I was very busy from my working enviroment. I have to take a blame for not contacting Cell C by March 2023 when I realised they are debiting R1000.I paid these R1000 for three month which is by March,April and May. By June then I went to Clear Watermall in Westrand Johannesbury and assisted by an Indian guy ny the name of Mohamed.

I indicated that I am no longer interested to continue with their services and I am cancelling the deal as I am now using Fiber.

Mr Mohamed services was up to scratch. By June July ,August ,September and October Cell C kept on debiting my account with R1000,R2000,R3000,R4000 respectively and I kept on reversing my money back.

On the 4th of Nov 2023 I went to Cell C westage Roodepoort and I was also not assisted and was Advised to go to Clearwater Cell C branch where I was servised initially.The same guy Mohammed was so arrogant and he never assisted me but gave me the number 083 143

I call the the number 083 146 as advised and I got another arrogant lady by the name of Precilla Makalela who works at the Client retention department of Cell C.

To my suprise Cell C has messed up my credit record . Currently I am owing them R25 000. and I do not under stand how they arrive to that calculation.

Be careful when dealing with Cell C as this company is a company of ******
