Credit Record and Debits destroyed by Cell C

I signed up for a contract with Cell C and after a few months opted out of my contract by paying a lump sum. I didn't not hear from them for over a year.

Last year, they started debiting from my account; R229. I went to them to ask how much I owe them and what for and was told that I do not owe Cell C any money. They debited again the month thereafter, 2 amounts of R114 each. Since then, I have been debited numerous times and have had to reverse the fee, or pay penalties. I have spent money on countless calls to Cell C with no help. When I call, calls are dropped or they tell me that there's nothing on record on their side.

After not being debited for 6 months, I was debited the amount of R229 twice in July 2020. On my credit record it shows R229 outstanding, but Cell C says they have no record of it.

I would not recommend Cell C as they have taken money from me for nothing, affected my credit record and on their side they tell me there's no record. Please be careful when engaging with them, it seems to be one big ****.
