CREDIT PROFILE UPDATE

Good day, I checked my credit report with Experian and Cell C still shows up, as active and open? This will affect me as I won't be able to apply for anything. Can you please update my details and provide the correct information to all the credit bureaus. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
