Credit profile affected by cell c Cavendish square

I Waseem Cornelius cancelled my contract on the 05/03/2020. Cell phone number ***. I was assisted and was given a documentation confirming the account was paid and cancelled as the final paid amount was R1675.00 of which I've paid on the 05/03/2020 at Cavendish square cell c# ***. However my bank account is still being devoted every month on the 27/06/2020 as shown on the copy of the bank statement. As the result of this failled disconnection my credit profile has been effected.
