Credit on my statement

Good day since i was waiting for clarity on my statement from cell c. I called but no one is willing to explain to me what iss this credit I saw on my statement. I really don't know what to do.

Can someone give me a call. And stop sending me messages that I must rate their service whereas I still haven't got the answer about tge credit. I don't understand how they deal with customers. Hope they didn't close it because I haven't received any calls from them.
