credit note - no money

Service number *** (contract has been cancelled June 2014)<br> On January 28, 2015 I received a sms with the following wording: Almost 7 months after the contract was cancelled<br> Good day kindly be advised that a credit of: R 17.86 has been processed for the discount not loaded, Kind regards Cell C team. <br> Up till today Cell C has not refunded me. When are you going to pay this money. Billing/accounts can deduct less thean R10 from my account but are unwilling to refund me the overcharge! 10 months later and still waiting....<br>
