Credit not updated

My credit reports reflects that I still owe Cell c still even after months of being told it has been removed . I made a full payment this account to make sure it’s closed and that was in 2021, which you sent me the closer letter but I still see points going down on my credit as you keep on updating that i am in arrears which i am not. How has Cell c not updated my credit information for this long with the credit bureau is what I don’t get, this reflects negative on me and i am trying to fix my credit.
