credit not alocated to new contrack user

<p>if got a contrack with cell c but it was on my fathers name and when he passed away last year dec i went and made a cash payment on the contracd so that i can still use it untill it get transferd onto my mothers name. after we went thant it got transverd to hir name the credit was not transverd so we went back to the store and the log the fault with headoffice, after almost a mounth i got a sms that say "dear cell c custemer, please receive feedback for case no. ***" how do i receive it? must it not be sent to me or do i hafe do go and sent it to my self to be abel to reveive it??? now that the credit is yet not alocated to my alcontt after the transfer to my mothers name now my account is lock becues there is no payment made becues there is sepouse to be credit ont my acc......................................</p> <p> </p> <p>my nr is *** and it is on ms PL wessels name that is my mother</p> <p> </p> <p>thanks braam</p> <p>***</p>
