CREDIT NEGATIVELY AFFECTED DUE TO *****

THIS DATES BACK TO 2021...My account was debited by Cell C I reversed the funds it was debited the following month again reversed it and went to the bank to inquire why my account is being debited as i have purchased nothing from that store. The bank requested i make my way to the nearest cell c store so i went to the grove mall cell c store and explained the matter, i was asked to produce a copy of my id, proof of address and bank statement which i obliged. Cell C stopped debiting my account. After a few months To my surprise I receive a call from the attorneys stating I have been handed over I advised them that I have no contract or relations with CELL C this went back and forth for some time and I felt harassed until I was AGAIN requested to send a copy of my id, proof of address and confirmation of banking details also an affidavit from the police station AGAIN I OBLIGED and sent the documents with this ref number I*** the harassment stopped and i thought this was done. I was offered a work position recently and obviously they do credit checks and it turns out I still owe CELL C... I have since visited the store and called the customer care non stop I have spoken to SIPHESIHLE,KGOMOTSO,KATLEGO AND RAMMONA who have been no help whatsoever. I then received a reply from lufuno that my case with the the following ref *** has been escalated... I have heard nothing!!! HELLO PETER I ONLY THE BEGINNING I WILL BE COMING TO THE HEAD OFFICE NEXT!
