Credit issue resolved but compensation pending

Dear Cell C<br> <br> Thanks for granting me appropriate credit after my countless hours of conversations. Surprisingly my first invoice was for R780 and with a R1 credit I managed to pay this.<br> <br> I was kindly offered compensation for my determination, additional expenses and personal embarrassment which this situation caused.<br> <br> Please call to resolve compensation as this is still pending.
