Credit History affected due to a dispute that you have not bothered to look at in detail.

I am absolutely Livid!

I lodged a dispute regarding incorrect charges on my account. I took a contract last year and canceled because of the incorrect charges. I spoke to your legal department as well. I discovered that your *********** company has affected my credit score which I warned you against!!!.

I am now taking legal action against you if you do not sort my credit history out immediately!!!!

Even the consultant I am dealing with is shocked at your incompetence over a R354, you have now affected my life and stopped my plans over mistakes that your company has made.

I have subsequently paid your R354 in order to request a paid up letter. Shocking!

I want to know how you are going to fix this, as my credit score will be affected for the next 2 months due to a damn R354 that I should not have paid!!!!
