Credit enquiry done without customer consent

On 15 November 2021 I requested Cell C to remove credit history enquiry done under my name from all credit bureaus , hence it was done without my consent but did not get any feedback, the only got I got is cutting off my number, I am not sure if this was done purposefully Cell C or was due to network issues.

I request Cell C to remove all these credit enquiries urgently, because this badly affect my scoring for nothing, Customer Service Case Number : ***
