CREDIT DUE - They don't wanna pay me back

Been 5th time complaining about Cell C this year..they couldn't upgrade my contract due to my credit score, had an existing account with them buy it is so expensive therefore I canceled and requested to be credit back , they promised 7-10 working days but been over a month now
