Credit Bureau Update

I want an update on my old account as I was notified that it is being treated as a matter of agency. 21 days have past and I have not heard from you. I can't believe I have been writing about the same issue for almost 2 years now. What is so difficult about updating credit bureaus. The same energy you use when handing people over for non payment should be the same Energy you use when updating their profile when the contract lapse.
