Credit bureau update

I have been having the same query with cellc and no1 is assisting me. I cancelled and closed a cellphone contract with them a year ago. Iv been pleading with them to remove themselves as active on my credit statues and it has not been done after 365 days. Does it really take a full year for a query to get looked into. I have received no feedback from them as well. I am so irate I regret the day I went into business with them. I really don't know what to do. My pleas fall on deaf ears.
