Credit bureau update
Iv had a phone contract with cellc which I paid up in december 2019 but is still showing as active on my credit statues which I have been pleading with them to update my credit statues and remove it. Till this day I have not gotten any assistance and iv been sent from piller to post with no assistance. It is reflecting negatively on my credit regard. I need cell c to be removed there. I no longer have any business with them.
