Credit Bureau and Paid up letter drama

I quite annoyed that I have to constantly contact you people to update my credit bureau information. I settledmy data contract and my one postpaid contract 2 months now and am still awaiting fir paid up letters. Are your staff fast asleep that they fail to do their jobs. Cell C staff need to catch a wake up.
