Creadit / ITC Update
<p> </p> <p>Cell C, please can you update my ITC on Transunion, you just stopped updating me this June with no reason (********) and it is ******* to do so, by just stopping to update credit profile. It is not good, but we have to pay you at every month end! </p> <p> </p> <p>I checked my credit report on a regular basis and this month, Cell C has not send a proof of payment to the Credit Bureaus stating that my account is up to date! Your legal departments need to be reviewed total and get more staff to answer calls please....... Mr. Moses Mo***eng has been a great help, but Cell C needs to follow protocol.</p> <p> </p> <p>ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
