****Y PATHETIC SERVICE FROM C SURANCE AND THEIR MANAGEMENT

So once again C Surance takes the cup of incompetence and super poor service from the agents to the manager himself!! I had taken up insurance with c-surance for 2 of my 2 contract phones a year ago. I lost of the phones 2 weeks ago and C surance requested for certain document when I submitted a claim, which I subsequently submitted. Upon submitting documents they discovered that they had not been billing me for the phone in question but only for the other phone,ever since I took up the insurance, which is their fault not mine. And strange and annoying thing is they sent me a confirmation sms and an email with the documents confirming both phones were insured. Now what puzzles me! Now I escalated this matter to the manager and got 2 calls stating he's working on it and this is after talking to 4 different agents and everytime I call and I have to explain my story over and over and they keep telling me different storie . It's 3 days later after escalating and still no resolution and their phones take long to be answered. Oh and they keep giving me different stupid ticket numbers -478895,645826, 626784, 478895,835463. I NEED MY PHONE AND I NEED THIS MESS SORTED OUT ASAP. As to how,I really don't care. C SURANCE DONT MAKE YOUR PROBLEMS MINE!!!!
