On the 15th December 2014 I saw my bill I enquired what going on they told me. That I was on a open line but when I took out the contract I asked for a 2 gig top up so they said they listen to voice recording and get back to me. Since then I been calling and they tell me the case is pending but they put me on itc and cut my service and they all they tell me is the case is pending but every time I phone they transfer me to every department and nobody coming back to me and all I'm getting are case number *** I mean 3. Months for feedback
