I've been a Cell C customer for quiet some time because I thought they offered Th R best service.Not at all.They are the **** of the earth.I recently upgraded to new package after being inundated with messages of so-called offers.I called one of their consultants to upgrade to one od deal they had at time.It was a Huawei P20 lite on Pinnacle 500 for a supposed R 199.I get a bit my bill and boom I'm supposed to pay to 279 .The consultant either *****ed me over or it is cell c's policy to **** customers.
